This package is ideal for the bride wanting to handle all of the details but desires a peace of mind at the end, knowing the event is in the hands of a professional.
This package includes:
- Complete review of the entire event to make sure all of the details are in order
- Help creating a timeline to assist all vendors and interested parties
- Unlimited availability during this time for consultation and advice via phone, e-mail or in person
- On-site execution of rehearsal ceremony and entire wedding day
Day of/Reception coordination ~coordinating the reception on the big day
This package is ideal for the bride who has taken care of most of the details prior to the big day but needs someone to serve as a contact person, hostess and coordinator for the post ceremony event.
This package includes:
- Meeting one month prior to go over reception details
- Unlimited availability during two weeks prior for reception related consultation and advice via phone, e-mail or in person
- Last minute contact and coordination with any reception vendors during the week prior to event
- On site availability before, during and after entire event for assistance with set-up, execution and clean up
Referral Assistance ~vendor recommendation and contact assistance
*Recommended that you may consider adding Month-of Coordination before the wedding to truly enjoy the weeks before the wedding.
This package will help you get a jump start on planning with referrals on some specific vendors including a dose of expert advice and brainstorming.
This package includes:
- Meeting during the very beginning of the planning stages to go over vendor needs and continuing to aid with this throughout the planning process as different needs arise
- Giving vendor recommendations and making contacts to set up planning meetings with them
- Coordinate with rental service vendors (linens, dishes, flatware, chairs, tables, tents, chair covers, accessories, etc.)
- Helping you create a timeline to guide you as you work to plan your own wedding.
